The staff were attentive and the breakfast was lovely and marvelous. The room had a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar, along with a good-sized bed. The hotel's location is incredible and lovely, very close to the city center. It's near the Cologne Cathedral, the promenade, the Museum of Chocolate, as well as trains and restaurants.

The staff was ready to assist, very amiable people. Our room was reasonably priced and newly remodelled provided with comfy bed, good shower, for example. The breakfast was full of tasty meals such as cereals and cheese.

The breakfast is delicious and lovely and cereal and cheese are great.

I had read some negative comments here about the hotel, but decided still to stay there. And I wasn't disappointed at all! The location is perfect in the old town part and you are really in the middle of everything. There is a public parking a short walk away and very convenient to use. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast very good too!

The location here is perfect, the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of drinks to choose from, and the staff were all knowledgeable, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues - all for a total of 149EUR for four people including beverages.

This hotel was fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone. The price was very reasonable, the location was good - only a short walk fom the railway station and there were plenty of places to eat and drink in the surrounding streets. Our room was very clean and well presented, and was a good size. Fantastic breakfast available in the morning.

I would recommend anyone intending to stay here to print a Google map of the area, as the hotel is tucked away and may not be immediately obvious unless you know exactly where to look.

The view from the room across the old town of Cologne was lovely. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was also excellent.

185 euros for one night was too expensive. Also, the room was too hot and the pillows very uncomfortable.

The Hammam and the Jacuzzi were both not working and couldn't get it fixed. Pity, it would have been fun.The dining room needs to be expanded to accomodate everybody without the need to wait.

Before showing the booking email, which clearly reported "non smoking room", the hotel was fully booked... Very very poor acoustic insulation.

The location was fantastic with so much at your doorstep. Although in the heart of Cologne, it was quiet, comfortable, clean and had a great breakfast.
